Capt. Prashar sailed as a Master Mariner on various types of ships and has over 19 years of shore-based experience in crewing and recruitment. He began his shore career as a superintendent in the Crewing Department of MOL, later working as an Operations Manager at Univan Hong Kong. He returned to India as General Manager of Global Recruitment for Wallem Ship Management Limited. In 2010, he founded VR Maritime Services Pvt Limited, a crew management company.

She leads the Crewing Operations for seafarers on Gas Carrier vessels, ensuring efficient and effective management of crew members. Kavita actively supports the industry by conducting MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) audits and inspections through visits to ship owners and vessels. She is responsible for organizing crew conferences and identifying new training needs for seafarers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Additionally, Kavita heads the panel for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women (POSH) within the organization, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a safe and respectful workplace environment.

Nazir had an illustrious career as a Chief Engineer, having had the privilege of working with the finest seafaring community in India. He holds qualifications in DEE & DME and possesses an MOT Class I (Motor) certificate. With 20 years of sailing experience, including 10 years as a Chief Engineer, he is a seasoned technical professional with a strong background in seafarers’ training on LNG.
Nazir has a solid record of ensuring safe operations and strict compliance with ILO, IMO, MLC, RPSL, and other regulations. In addition to his technical expertise, he is responsible for the quality control of recruitment of engineers at VRM, where he leads the technical management segment.
