Shri Vibhuthi Ramji was a saint who spent his life in the village "Sathma (Talwara)", guiding the youth of Hoshiarpur and surrounding regions in the 20th Century. His ethos forms the fundamentals of working relationships at VR Maritime Services Pvt Ltd (VRM). We believe we are blessed to participate in the destiny of many Seafarers as well as young boys who wish to make a career at sea.
The idea "VRM" was conceived in Feb 2010 by Capt. Sanjay Parashar, who held numerous years of sailing experience on a variety of cargo ships and shore-based experience in manning activities. In 2010, the 1st vessel’s takeover and crewing activity commenced. Today, VRM do crewing for more than 180 Vessels with an annual intake of 7,500 Seafarers.
We work round the clock as a bridge between Seafarers, Ships and Owners. Speed and transparency remain the strength of VRM, and technological advancement is utilised to share real-time accounts and Fleet personnel data with our Owners and vessels. We have a Head office in Mumbai and field offices in Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Orissa and Chandigarh. We have a representative office in Singapore, which focuses on ship management activities.
We visit our vessels regularly to understand the pulse of our Seafarers as well as do Technical Inspections.
