· Oversee marine safety, compliance, and operational standards on assigned vessels.
· Act as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO) as required.
· Support Technical Superintendents and vessel crews in marine operations.
· Liaise with regulatory bodies, classification societies, and clients.
· Mentor senior sea staff and support their professional development.
· Participate in emergency response operations and internal audits.
